Diabetes UK are working with the NHS Diabetes Prevention Programme (NHS DPP) to help people at high risk of developing Type 2 diabetes become healthier and avoid the condition. It’s the first national programme to do this. In March 2019, the programme will be renewed and so we’d like peoples’ views on the plans to make it even more accessible. In particular, this will involve the balance between the programme being delivered face-to-face in group sessions, and remotely by digital means (telephone, apps, online etc.).
If you have Type 2 diabetes, or are at risk of developing the condition, or are a family member or carer, it would be great to hear your views by completing this short survey:
Please read the information sheet first: NHS DPP information sheet (PDF, 339KB)
